高知県に流れる日本有数の清流「仁淀川」の河口すぐ西側に『ハーブ仁淀川』はあります。
平成１４年に知識も経験も全くない状況からハーブの栽培がスタートし、最初は試行錯誤の連続でした。
特にこだわりをもって取り組んだのがハーブの乾燥方法。
５年目にしてようやくハーブ本来の色合いで製品化できるまでに至りました。
Our POLicy
◆化学肥料や農薬、除草剤などは一切使用していません。
おかげで日々、病害や害虫、雑草との闘いです･･･（笑）
◆多品種少量生産
年間を通して約100種類のハーブを育てています。
収穫時期にはその植物の良いところだけを
一つひとつ手摘みしています。
たくさんの収穫はできませんが、できるだけ新しく、
旬のものをみなさまにお届けできるよう心掛けています。
◆栽培から加工まで、全てを自家農園で行っています。
ハーブは3月～11月頃に収穫時期をむかえます。
収穫したものは完全に乾燥させたものをパッケージングし
色や香りを保つようにしています。

The Niyodo River (Niyodogawa) is known as one of Japan’s most beautiful rivers running through Kochi.
HERB NIYODOGAWA is located at the mouth of the Niyodo River, on its west side.
In 2002, the founder of our farm started growing herbs without much knowledge and experience. So in the beginning, it was a continuous trial and error process. One of the most important challenges was to find the best way to dry herbs while retaining their original colors. And finally in the fifth year, HERB NIYODOGAWA’s first herbal product made from the farm’s dried herbs was introduced in the market.
◆No chemical fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides or other chemicals are used in our farm.
So we are fighting against plant diseases, bugs and weeds everyday
◆We grow many different kinds of herbs in small quantities.
Approximately 100 varieties of herbs are grown throughout a year and we select and hand pick the finest leaves, flowers and other parts of plants one by one.
Although we cannot harvest a lot, we offer you fresh herbs in season.
◆From growing herbs to making herbal products, everything is done onsite at our farm.
Herbs are harvested between March and November and are fully dried and packaged so that their original colors and aroma are retained.
